As a qualified participant at SBFX, you’ll have an opportunity to connect and collaborate with other action-minded individuals involved in student transportation. Exchange ideas with your peers, as well as industry suppliers. The entire event is designed so you can share information, extend your network, and expand your options. As a result, you’ll build unique relationships that will last far beyond SBFX.

Only 50 applicants will be offered this opportunity for 2026. This includes round trip airfare to Phoenix, local airport transfers to and from the upscale venue, and all scheduled meals and receptions.

Who we’re looking for:

SBFX is designed for senior transportation decision-makers overseeing complex student transportation operations. Priority consideration will be given to first-time attendees from K-12 school districts and contractors managing fleets of 100+ buses who are willing to participate in meetings with industry partners and network with their peers. Applications from smaller fleets, additional attendees from the same organization, or returning attendees may be considered on a limited, case-by-case basis.
